1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GracefulApp ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
GracefulApp is a digital atelier offering wardrobe organisation, outfit composition, AI stylist counsel, weather-aware looks and seasonal capsules. Features marked as Atelier Pass require an active membership.
3. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details and for safeguarding your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to hold an account.
4. Membership & Billing
Membership renews automatically at the chosen cadence (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD and may change with 30 days' notice. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our payment provider — please see the Paddle Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
4a. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful content, or use the AI stylist to generate harmful or infringing material.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design language, copy and curated capsules are the property of GracefulApp. You retain ownership of the wardrobe photographs and notes you upload.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the membership page.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GracefulApp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
