Account details (email, language), wardrobe data you upload (photographs, tags, notes), stylist conversation history, and minimal analytics necessary to keep the Service reliable.
How we use it
To operate the Service, personalise stylist counsel, compose outfit suggestions, process payments through our payment provider, and communicate essential updates.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors we rely on: hosting, authentication, AI inference, and Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing — each bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
Storage & security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level access controls. Wardrobe images are private to your account.
Your rights
You may export or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@gracefulapp.com. We comply with GDPR and CCPA requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies for sign-in and language preference. No advertising trackers.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16.
