30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment for either the monthly or the yearly Atelier Pass — no qualifying conditions. After 30 days, you may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of your paid period.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for your purchase. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used at checkout, or email concierge@gracefulapp.com and we'll forward it on your behalf.

Duplicate or accidental charges

We refund duplicate or accidental charges in full, no questions asked. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Service unavailability

If a verified outage prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated credit through the same channel above.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most concerns the same day.
